1. Overview
SGP integrated accident pressure distribution valve is a two-position six-way type reversing valve, which is used in the overspeed protection system of hydropower generator sets in hydropower stations. The integrated accident pressure distribution valve accepts the action of the overspeed protection signal, and its spool is reversed under the action of differential pressure, and the governor is cut off. Prevent the unit from over-speeding, and provide safe and reliable protection for the normal operation of the hydro-generator unit.
Through the optimized design, this product integrates the electromagnetic pressure distribution valve, oil valve and accident pressure distribution valve on the traditional GC type overspeed limiter, with smaller volume and more reliable action; it adopts hydraulic buffer device to overcome the GC type overspeed limiter. The roar of the speed limiter when it is in action, the action is stable and the service life is longer; it can be installed vertically or horizontally, which is easy to install and has a small layout space.
