1. Overview

        ZJS-BT integrated eddy current sensor uses high-quality imported electronic components, adopts chip circuit technology, and integrates probes and electronic processing components. There is no need for high frequency coaxial cable connection and no need for optional preamplifier. It has the advantages of easy installation, low cost and less mechanical failure. It has been widely used in the field of normal temperature displacement testing such as hydro-generators.

       The small thread specification of the integrated eddy current sensor is M10×1, which can directly replace the integrated eddy current displacement sensors of German Schenck company IN081, IN083, IN084, IN085 and other models. The sensor consists of a probe, a housing, a signal processor (included), a spare nut, and a signal cable.

        In the production process, the probe head body is generally made of high temperature PEEK engineering plastics (or ceramics), and the coil is sealed in it by "over-injection" molding. The probe can work reliably in harsh environments; at the same time, the probe with ceramic head body can work reliably in the special environment of high temperature, high pressure, strong acid and strong alkali. Since the diameter of the head body coil determines the linear range of the sensor system, we usually use the outer diameter of the head body to classify and characterize various types of probes. Generally, the linear range of the sensor system is roughly 1/2 to 1 of the diameter of the probe head. /4 times. The sensor has a total of ф3, ф5, ф8, ф11, ф25 and other diameter heads. The probe shell is used to connect and fix the probe head, and is used as a clamping structure when the probe is installed, and a miniature signal processor is installed inside. The shell is generally made of stainless steel, generally engraved with standard threads, and equipped with lock nuts.
