1. Overview
CJX shear pin annunciator is specially used to reflect the shear pin shearing accident of the guide vane connecting rod of the hydraulic turbine. It is generally installed in the shaft hole of the shear pin. Each shear pin shaft hole is equipped with a shear pin annunciator. The shear pin annunciator is usually used in conjunction with the signal device and sends electrical signals under the following two conditions:
① During normal shutdown, if a guide vane is stuck and the shear pin is cut, an alarm signal will be sent;
② During the emergency shutdown of the unit, if some guide vanes are stuck and the shear pin is cut, in addition to sending an alarm signal, it should also act on the emergency shutdown outgoing relay to close the fast gate or main valve.
Including: CJX type (normally closed); KJX type (normally open); Both are made of plexiglass and can be used together with JDX shear pin signal device.
