WKD-CT Magnetostrictive liquid level transmission controller

1、 Overview

WKD-CT liquid level control transmitter is an intelligent digital liquid level measurement and control product that integrates liquid level measurement, display, output, and control. This product is a fully electronic structure, and the front end adopts a magnetostrictive sensor. The electronic chamber emits a pulse wave that propagates along the direction of the measuring rod, and when it encounters the magnetic material pulse wave of the floating ball, it returns. The electronic chamber calculates the displacement value by calculating the sending and receiving time. After processing by the microprocessor, it can display on site and output analog and four switch signals, and can communicate with RS485.

The liquid level transmission controller is flexible to use, easy to operate, easy to debug, and safe and reliable. Widely used in industries such as hydropower, tap water, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, hydraulic, etc., it accurately measures, displays, and controls the liquid level interface of multiple media without being affected by environmental pressure.

Within the length range of the measuring rod, the zero point and full range can be set by the user; The zero point can be moved up and down, and the elevation can be preset.

Four control point relay outputs AC220V/3A, alarm value is set with buttons, reliable and flexible action, and upper/lower limit alarms can be set

4-20mA standard signal output, DA conversion with 16 bit accuracy, RS485 communication protocol MODBUS-RTU

The power supply can be 24VDC AC/DC220V; Thread installation, flange installation, and bypass side installation are very flexible to use

The WKD-CT liquid level control transmitter can be made into a bypass side mount through a pipe joint, with top threaded (M20 * 1.5) installation or top flange installation
