JDX Shear pin signal device

1、summary                                                

The shear pin signal device adopts the intelligent control of single chip computer to collect the signals of 24 shear pin annunciators. When a shear pin annunciator of the hydraulic turbine is cut, the pin body and wire of the annunciator are cut at the same time. The LED screen of the device shows which circuit of annunciator is cut and the total number of alarm channels. At the same time, the relay acts and transmits the data through RS485 interface.

This product has the following characteristics:

1. It can monitor 24 channels of signals at the same time, and can be set between 1 and 24 channels

2. It can visually display the number of alarm channels and the total number of alarm channels

3. LED screen intuitive display, easy for operators to observe, standard communication output

4. Single chip microcomputer serial communication output data, convenient for monitoring system collection

5. After internal frequency division, the measurement accuracy of the single-chip microcomputer system can reach 0.01 Hz, with high stability and long-term stability.

6. The signal input circuit has photoelectric isolation.

7. Stable switching power supply is adopted, and AC and DC can work stably.

2. Working principle  

The shear pin annunciator configured for the hydraulic turbine generator unit is respectively connected to the JDX signal device, and then transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer system after isolation. The single-chip microcomputer collects the status of the input signal in real time, and sends the status information to the display screen and the serial communication port for output. When the status of a shear pin annunciator changes, the single-chip microcomputer system will directly display the change channel, accurately locate the alarm channel in real time, and alarm the relay action at the same time for the use of automatic circuit control.
