1. Overview
The ZWJ axis displacement monitoring device is a main shaft axial displacement monitoring instrument with a unit structure. The monitor uses a high-speed single-chip microcomputer as the core processor, and is equipped with a non-contact eddy current displacement sensor and a preamplifier to monitor the axial displacement of the main shaft of the hydro-generator.

4. Working principle
ZWJ axis displacement monitoring device consists of eddy current sensor, monitoring instrument and connecting cable and other components. The eddy current sensor monitors the axial displacement of the main shaft, which is sent to the monitor after low-pass filtering, anti-interference processing and output drive. The instrument will process the collected signals for data processing, display and output two-level alarms, and output analog signals corresponding to the displayed values at the same time. Two-level alarms can be set.
