1. Overview
WYS-G type angle transmitter controller adopts imported high-value rotary encoder as the core measurement device, supplemented by transverse force spring mechanism and peripheral intelligent circuit. It has high measurement accuracy, reliable performance, convenient installation and adjustment, and intuitive display. With many advantages, it is a series of products with high precision and high applicability developed for the measurement of guide vane opening, relay stroke and rotating shaft angle of hydropower stations. It can also have functions such as angle sensor, master switch, display instrument, etc. Display angle value, opening percentage, eight-channel alarm output can be set arbitrarily, at the same time with analog output, RS458 communication output.
The angle sensor extends out of the connecting shaft and can be directly connected to the measured shaft to measure the angle.
2. Technical parameters
Measuring range: any angle within 0-300 degrees
Working voltage: DC24V or AC85~265V/50Hz
Parameter display: Four-digit LED displays the angle value and opening percentage; two green LED indicators display the current angle measurement or percentage measurement; eight groups of red LED indicators display the contact action status
Output parameters: 1 channel 4-20mA output, load resistance ≤525Ω; 8 channel switching output, contact capacity 0.3A /220VDC , 1A/30VDC
Measurement accuracy: 0.5%
Meter power consumption: ≤5W
Operating environment: -10~65℃, ≤90%RH
3. Working principle
The angle sensor is fixed with the shaft to be measured through the connecting shaft, and the rotation of the shaft to be measured drives the rotation of the sensor shaft, and is processed by the internal circuit to output the analog output (4-20mA) corresponding to any angle within 0-300 degrees.
4. Terminals
Terminals 19 and 20 are power input, and the power supply voltage of the instrument can be either AC or DC 220V or DC24V (special voltage levels can also be customized)
When the voltage level is DC24V (terminal 19 is connected to positive, terminal 20 is connected to negative). Do not add 220V voltage to avoid burning the meter
When the voltage level is 220V AC and DC (connect to terminals 19 and 20).
When the voltage level is DC 110V (terminal 19 is connected to positive, terminal 20 is connected to negative).
Terminals 17 and 18 are standard analog 4-20mA outputs (terminal 17 is positive and terminal 18 is negative).
Terminals 1-16 are eight groups of switch output
