YHS-3 oil mixed water transmission controller

1. Overview                                                                                          

YHS-3 integrated oil-mixed water online monitoring and transmission controller is used for real-time online monitoring of water content in oil systems of hydropower stations, thermal power plants and large pumping stations. When the water content in the oil tank and oil pipeline exceeds the alarm setting value, an alarm signal will be issued to remind the on-duty personnel to check the system in time to ensure the safe operation of the generator set.

When the moisture content reaches the alarm set value, the LED on the panel will light up and the alarm relay contacts will act at the same time.

4、 Working principle

The device consists of capacitive sensor and monitoring instrument. The capacitive sensor is composed of inner and outer electrodes (equivalent to two plates of capacitance) and circuit parts. When water is infiltrated into oil, the capacitance composed of inner and outer electrodes changes significantly due to the great difference in dielectric constants between them. The sensor circuit generates a stable amplitude high-frequency square wave. When the capacitance value changes, the square wave frequency changes. After processing and amplifying the signal, the sensor outputs the corresponding current signal.

The monitoring instrument adopts intelligent digital circuit with single chip microcomputer as the core. The current signal sent by the sensor is sent to the high-precision V / F conversion chip after low-pass filtering, shaping and amplification, and then to the MCU timer. The single chip microcomputer counts and calculates it, and outputs it to the display circuit through the serial port. The moisture content is intuitively displayed by the 4-bit nixie tube. At the same time, the parallel output of single chip microcomputer is converted into standard analog quantity by D / a conversion chip for computer monitoring. The monitor has powerful memory software, which can set the alarm value arbitrarily by pressing the key within the full range. When the moisture content exceeds the alarm setting value, the relay acts and the light-emitting tube on the panel emits light. At the same time, the monitor also provides the working power supply of the sensor.

5、 Terminal block

The instrument wiring is in the form of terminal. Open the back cover and conduct wiring according to the serial number marked on the terminal.

(1 and 2) are power input ports (when DC24V power is supplied, terminal 1 is positive and terminal 2 is negative)

(3 and 4) are standard analog quantity 4-20mA output (Terminal 3 is positive and terminal 4 is negative).

(5 and 6) are level-1 alarm outputs

(7 and 8) are secondary alarm outputs.
