1. Overview
ZJS-2 vibration and swing monitoring device is a dual-channel intelligent digital instrument with single-chip microcomputer as the core processor. The instrument is connected with the eddy current displacement sensor to monitor the radial displacement in the X and Y directions of the main shaft of the hydro-generator unit online; it can be connected with the low-frequency vibration sensor to monitor the vibration value in the vertical and horizontal directions online. The instrument has dual-channel digital display, analog quantity, switch quantity and communication output.

Two-channel two-level alarm value can be set independently.
Press the button to set the vibration/swing monitoring method.
It can switch to display the gap voltage between the eddy current sensor and the spindle to determine the accuracy of the installation gap.
With power-off protection, automatic memory function.
Perfect system self-check function.
The working power supply (+24V) of the transmitter can be provided.

Display mode: dual LED highlight digital tube display is clear and intuitive.
Input signal: when used for vibration monitoring: it can receive signals from two channels (horizontal/vertical) vibration sensors, when used for swing monitoring: it can receive signals from two channels (X/Y) of eddy current sensors.
Measuring range: 0~1.00mm (swing is the symmetrical displacement in X/Y direction)
Measurement accuracy: 0.01mm
Alarm output: Contact form: normally open contact.

Alarm setting: The four-level alarm value can be arbitrarily set between the upper and lower limits of the range.

The instrument provides a transmitter: DC24V power supply, the transmitter does not need an external power supply.
