A few days ago, the national data network of the National Bureau of statistics released data. From January to April 2022, China's hydropower generation capacity above designated scale (hereinafter referred to as hydropower generation capacity) was about 313.03 billion kwh, a year-on-year increase of 14.3%.
Divided by six conventional regions:
In North China, the hydropower generation from January to April was 3.62 billion kwh, respectively: the hydropower generation in Beijing was 28000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 31.6%; Hebei Province has 66000 kwh, with a year-on-year increase of 124.4%; Shanxi Province 134000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 4.5%; Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 134000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 20.2%.
In the northeast, the hydropower generation from January to April was 3.12 billion kwh, respectively: the hydropower generation of Liaoning Province was 92000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 1.8%; 155000 kwh in Jilin Province, a year-on-year decrease of 17.1%; Heilongjiang Province has 65000 kwh, with a year-on-year increase of 43.6%.
In East China, the hydropower generation from January to April was 19.77 billion kwh, respectively: the hydropower generation of Jiangsu Province was 98000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 3.3%; 610000 kwh in Zhejiang Province, with a year-on-year increase of 52.8%; Anhui Province 168000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 6.1%; 735000 kwh in Fujian Province, up 82% year on year; Jiangxi Province 282000 kwh, up 50.4% year on year; Shandong Province has 84000 kwh, a year-on-year increase of 112%.
In central and southern China, the hydropower generation from January to April was 82.05 billion kwh, respectively: the hydropower generation of Henan Province was 511000 kwh, with a year-on-year increase of 97.6%; 3.593 million kwh in Hubei Province, with a year-on-year increase of 6.6%; 1.789 million kwh in Hunan Province, with a year-on-year increase of 16.1%; Guangdong Province 414000 kwh, up 15.3% year-on-year; Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has 1.864 million kwh, an increase of 27.4% year-on-year; Hainan Province has 34000 kwh, a year-on-year increase of 29.1%.
In Southwest China, the hydropower generation from January to April was 177.1 billion kwh, respectively: the hydropower generation of Chongqing was 581000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 1.2%; 8.334 million kwh in Sichuan Province, with a year-on-year increase of 17.2%; 1.71 million kwh in Guizhou Province, a year-on-year decrease of 16%; 6.831 million kwh in Yunnan Province, with a year-on-year increase of 19.9%; Tibet Autonomous Region reached 254000 kwh, an increase of 63.1% year on year.
In the northwest region, the hydropower generation from January to April was 27.37 billion kwh, respectively: the hydropower generation of Shaanxi Province was 227000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 2%; Gansu Province 679000 kwh, a year-on-year decrease of 15.3%; 1.239 million kwh in Qinghai Province, a year-on-year decrease of 1.5%; 50000 kwh in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, a year-on-year decrease of 11.9%; Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has 542000 kwh, an increase of 30.2% year on year.
